Help, cannot open PDF docs in Guest OS

Hi all,

I did install Parallels 5 on my Mac (SNow Leopard) to run a VM with Windows 7 and Outlook. Now I cannot view the pdf docs sent into my outlook account, though I did configure Mac Preview as Standard PDF Viewer in WIndows 7 (tried it with Acrobat also).

Does anyone have an idea?

I think you need to download Adobe Reader or another PDF viewer. Windows does not have a built in PDF viewer like OS X does.

Alternatively you could open them with Preview on the Mac side.
 
I do have Adobe on the Mac, however, I do have to save the files on the HDD, and then open it in the Mac environment which is not a feasible way. I assumed that i can share the software resources between the VM's.
 
That might be a Windows security setting. I have Adobe on Windows 7 and still have to save the file to the desktop, then open it. If I right mouse click I can open it directly, but not by clicking on the link which prompts me to save it.
