I just upgraded to Mojave and am reinstalling parallels there. I can sign in to the website, but not the application, it tells me to check my internet. I can't get in touch with Parallels , the phone option and the email option is greyed out. I am using version 11 and I downloaded the latest install and get this result. I can see my account and everything looks fine but the app won't let me past the sign in page. If someone could please help me with this or at least let Parallels know about it as I have no way to reach them.
