I upgraded to the Beta edition some weeks back now and was forced to use a trial key to get it working. The Key for the original software wouldn't work, which was not what I was told by the support team originally!
I now need to get rid of it to re-intsall the older version to upgrade to the newest version so that I can use my legitmate activation key. This is where it all goes horribly wrong. Every time after un-installing the software I try to install the original version, my machine tells me there is nothing to install. Can somebody help with the following:
1. What else do I need to un-install, because tech support is next to useless.
2. Where do I get the mythical upgrade from where I can use my original activation key.
