Help, New here Parallels won't start

    Hi,

    I downloaded parallels for the first time yesterday, and it was running smoothly. However, I closed it upon going to sleep last night. When I tried to reboot Parallels today, it will not load. See image attached for what Parallels looks like.

    Please try to click Actions (on the top Mac menu bar) -> and choose "Reset"
