Help! Parallel Transporter not working!

Hello,

i have a problem with the transporter when i connect to my windows 7 laptop to migrate the files (over the network) a box pops up and says the computer "User-PC" requires authentication. so i fill it out with my user and password and it says its invalid. ive changed my password again and again to try and fix the problem but it doesnt work and i know i am not typing the wrong information :( please help

Sorry for long delay.

1. Parallels Transporter Agent must be started with administrative privileges.
2. Use administrative account name and password on client side.
3. Use account name instead "Full Name" (to view account's name and full name use Computer Management panel:
Start -> Control Panel -> System and security -> Administrative tools -> Computer Management -> System Tools -> Local Users and Groups -> Users.)

Please be sure that all conditions are correct. If problem will not be solved, create problem report and post it's number here.
