Help Please!!! No wireless from Vista

Can someone help me please? I upgraded to 4.0 a couple of weeks ago and ever since I have been unable to connect WiFi from within Microsoft Access on my MacBook onto my iMac to get files. Now, I'll admit that I am new to Vista compared to XP but it worked before the upgrade, but now nothing. The WiFi works fine from within the Mac-OS on the MacBook. Also, weirdly from within Vista I have access to the internet via Internet Explorer. BUT, I cannot access my iMac. When I try to find the home wireless network using the Vista wizard it cannot find it. Can anyone lend me some advice.

Hello,
what networking mode are you using? Go to Configure -> Network Adapter. Try using Bridged, while selecting your wireless adapter from the drop-down list.
