HELP .psf/Home/MyDocuments

Bit poster
New user to parallels.

I installed parallels fine - then installed XP fine - the tried to install Quickbooks and got the ".psf/Home/MyDOcuments" folder is not found.

Is there a detailed fix for this?

I tried some suspend/resume actions - restarting etc. to no avail.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
