Help: right click is not functioning properly

For some reason, right click is not functioning properly Mac today. it was all good yesterday and before.... Upon right click, sometimes, the rick-click menu did not show at all, sometimes, it flashed and then disappeared. I have check my touchpad, mouse, bluetooth connection, all good. I also reset Parallels 18 a couple of times. The problem is still there. Please help :-( Truly appreciate!
 
I am running Sonoma 14.2.1 and Parallels 19.2.1 and no issues with right clicking either the Apple Magic Mouse (which I don't really use a lot in Windows) and a Logitech M720. Both connected via Bluetooth.
