Help Screen's Left Pane Should Be Wider

I just tried to visit the help screens. The left pane/table of contents is too narrow for the text. Because the user has no control over the text, I do not understand why the pane/column isn't wide enough for the text. On my rig, the slider bar at the bottom does not work. Even if it did that would not be as convenient as just showing the full heading in the first place. Please make the formatting more convenient.
