[HELP] Update 4 to 5.... and Blue screen error!!

I've just update Parallels Desktop 4 to version 5.

When I switch on the virtual machine ( Win XP Pro regularly updated) at the beginning of the startup a BSOD come out!!

I've tried to come back to version 4 and avery thing seems ok.. and the virtual machine works perfectly!!

Pelase help me...

As you can see the BSOD are 3 with 3 different error that come out random (0xE1 - 0x0A - 0xC5).
