I'm running WinXP sp1 on Parallels (my os is snow leopard) and I've tried deleting some large files on winxp by doing shift+del. They're gone off my virtual hdd, but for some strange reason are still occupying space (which adds up to 5gb). I can totally see from finder that the hdd has a 9gb size when it souldn't exceed 4gb. How can I get recover those 5gb without having to delete the virtual machine and install windows all over again?
