hidden windows and tray icon bubbles overlay problem

1. We have a few overlay Problems with some applications.
In one case a published Foxpro Application opens a new document Preview window where the User can send the preview via mapi connector through outlook. The new email window opens in 1 of 4 cases behind the preview window. In this case we can only kill the outlook.exe for that particular user. I wrote a batchscript so the User can end the task himself.

2. On the client is another "nasty" overlayproblem with Trayicon bubbles. We have not tested all options but i do not think any will help. When a published application runs in amaximized window mode, tray icon bubbles open behind the published application. This is very annoying because our softphone uses a notification bubble.

not really, sometimes the published apps are not minimized correctly and the user is irritated. The app is still shown but it is minimized on the server. This all does not help the user experience.
