Hello @AP_1 , Please try reinstalling the application and see if it works, also, please ensure Parallels Toolbox is allowed under macOS System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy Tab -> Full Disk Access and Accessibility. If the issue still persists, please reproduce the issue and generate a technical report ID by following the steps from the article < https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107 > and help us with 9-digit report ID once generated.
