Hide terminal login on logon

Hello,

We have purchased 2X 4.1 8)
We have set the applications en configuration by the manual.
Client installed and the applications can bee seen in the client.

After we have created the desktop links on the desktop,
i try to login .... works fine ... but i see a quick splashing (normal) terminal login.
After the first login a second application works fine ... ( no splash screen of the terminal login) because the client is already loaded ...

Can i hide the first terminal login this ... it's very anoying ... :?
I don't want to confuse our employee's.

no its not possible to hide the splash screen, as the login to ts has to occur on the first open of an application, depending on the speed of the TS , this should be very quick in most cases.
