Hi there,
I have a feeling this may be a simple question to answer but i can't find the definitive option to remove or hide the connection bar when connecting via 2X shortcuts. Via a normal RDP shortcut the option can be enabled to hide the bar, however i am guessing that one of the numerous options with the 2x client software MSI is where the option is set?

Interestingly, i can remove the bar when i change the
HKCU\Software\2X\AppServerClient\ [DisplayBar] key to '0' on the XP pc i am connecting from.

However, when logging out of the session and reconnecting, the bar reappears, and the key is reset to '1'

Anyone know of a definitive option to hide this bar?

Thanks in advance

Are you using 2xconnections or terminal server connections?
