High Res Dock Icons in Coherence

I absolutly love this new feature of puting the icons of the open windows in the dock, but is there any way to make them not look like total ass?

Maybe add a feature in parallels to use a custom icon?

I use custom icons:

- First open a program. While it's running, right click on it and select "Show in Finder".
- Quit the Program
- Give it a better name, and the icon you want.
- Double click on it when your finished and launch the program from there.
- Right click on the program again in the Dock, and select ad to favs
- Get some coffee

Renameing it is not nec; but I didn't like EXCEL.EXE when I hovered over the dock icon, so I named it to "Microsoft Office Excel 2007" with a shiny new high res icon from...
