Host-only Networking problem solved!!!!!

I fighted very long time with the host-only connection until I did something very stupid, which doesn't make any sense to me: In the sharing tab, in os x I copled Airport not only with en2 but also with en1!!! Everything started to work...

Maybe somebody can explain me the 192.168.3.x subnet in windows to me, because I've got no clue why it isn't 192.168.2.x

It doesn't work with os X Firewall on, unless you enable "Personal Web Sharing"
