How can I convert a Microsoft Virtual PC to Parallels Workstation

Yes I wan't to find a way to convert Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 to Parallels Workstation.

I have bought the makevm tool, but the converted image crash during boot.
And I have not been able to find a solution.

The problem is that I have to use VPC images on some computers because of the missing x64 support of the host os.
