How can I deactivate my Parallels Desktop 13 license

I try to install Parallels it tells me I've reached my license limit. So I need to know how I can unregister the installation I had so I can install it on the new mac, all without having access to the old installation because it's gone.
Really appreciate any help anyone can give.
