Hi. Deactivating a Parallels Desktop license on a Mac simply means removing the Parallels application from that machine. Please see this article for more details.

I can't remove the Parallels application from that machine, because it was broken already.

I had installed the software on the new Mac and activated via my license, but it shows "This license is already in use." I click "Activate on This Mac " it's still no use.

    Same question here, too.

I've followed your instruction that I should uninstall Parallels from the old machine, and tried to enter the license key to activate the new one, but failed.
It pops up saying "Unable to confirm the product license: You have reached the maximum number of activations available ...".
As I'm not using the license on other machines, it might be an error or there should be other process for me to follow.

    Thanks.

Dear support. I have the same problem. My macbook was broken and I recieved a new one from apple after several repairs and reinstalls. I try to reinstall parallels on . my new mac and i get the message "Unable to confirm the product license: You have reached the maximum number of activations available". Could you please check what is wrong with my licence? Thanks!

Same problem for me with Version 10. Old installs no longer exist.
