Hello, I was buy the Parallels Desktop yesterday, but now, I can not get any e-mail send me the Active Key, why? anyone can tell me? Anxious. Which way about the product send me? by e-mail or by post-office(like Canada Post)?
Actually it depends from where you bought it, Anyway you can either create ticket in support team http://www.parallels.com/en/support/desktop/ or call to sales team and describe situation.
