How can I restore my Parallels 3.0 backup??

Hi, I´m a german user and new in this forum. I´ve made an upgrade from PD 3 to PD 4.0, but i can´t start my Win XP.
I will restore my backup from PD 3.0 that I´ve made by the upgrade. How can I restore this backup? Which Programm must I have?

Hi, Yesterday I have make a new Installation from PD 4 and I don`t need my Backup. Thanks for your answer.

Backup folder is folder with Virtual Machine name plus (backup)
You can search Spotlight for (backup)
If you do not find it, try right click on pvm bundle of your VM, and select Show Package Contents
you will find it inside there may be
