How do I completely remove Parallels after "converting" my Boot Camp partition into a Parallels VM?

I put the word "converting" in quotes because I chose the option that still lets me boot into bare-metal Boot Camp. Anyways, I'm still in the trial period and it looks like I will not be moving forward with Parallels. I would like to completely uninstall it from both my host (macOS) and guest (Windows Boot Camp). My main concern is removing all traces of it from the Windows side.

I can't find any instructions on how to do this properly and the GUI is misleading. Inside of macOS in the Parallels control center, when removing the VM, I'm asked if I'd like to keep or delete the "files." Well, it's an entire partition, and I'd definitely like to keep it. But I'd also like to remove all traces of Parallels. So how do I accomplish this?
