How do I increase HD space for windows on parallels?

    I have a Macbook Pro and 100GB HD. I have about 10 GB allocated to Windows XP and I am running out. How can I increase this? (I don't remember how I set this up 6 months ago)

    Note: I am a complete technical novice.
