How do I make my XP tool bar go from bottom to top of page

    Hi , I have a simple question, I know this is simple but don't know what Im doing wrong. How do I make my Windows XP tool bar the one with the start menu go from the bottom to the top. I want it on the top of the page. Some one told me to drag it to the top, but Im trying to and it won't move. Thanks

    xapi77,

    right-click the toolbar and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar" option. Then you should be able to drag and drop this taskbar.
