How do I move my bootcamp partition to another computer?

I have a Mac Pro with Parallels 3.0 5160 and Windows XP SP2 installed. I am going to migrate my Mac using the migration wizard. What is the best way to move the existing bootcamp partition from the old computer to the new one?

Veggiedude has it right. If you change the size of the partition, you may need to run diskpart from a boot disk after the transfer.
