How do I obtain the MySQL Server Name

I am installing a CMS on a windows-based server. The server uses Plesk Desktop 8.6

I have set up a database, database user, and password, but still I need the MySQL server host name. I’ve tried (guessed at) everything I can think of:

/ns1.northpony.net (hosting nameserver)
/ditto/mysql/
/ditto/ditto/mysitename/
/ditto/ditto/mysitename/mysql
/ditto/ditto/mysql/mysitename/
and even
/

all with no avail.

How do I obtain the MySQL server host name?
