How do I re-install shared networking?

While on the phone with Mac tech support to get my wireless connection back, the tech had me delete everything in my System Preferences -> Network area.

How to I re-install the two shared ports that Parallels installs upon setup? For needless to say, Windows XP can no longer access the internet.
