How do I reinstall XP

Had some problems and got stuck 1/2 way through. I uninstalled parallels but it still thinks XP is 1/2 installed or some such issue. How and I start from scratch?

Thanks Hugh. I finally made it past and got XP reinstalling. It made it down to the Installing Windows bullet and says 39 minutes to go. Appears to be stuck there now for over an hour. I don't know, maybe I don't have enough memory in this thing to make it work smooth. It's still at 512K. I'm going to run it up to the full 2gigs next week but I thought I'd at least experiment a little in the mean time. Any thoughts?

You will want the 2 Gig and let the VM have a gig of it. Its hell running any VM with less than a gig and splitting 512 with it would be murder.
 
Thanks. Yep, I have a couple 1 Gig sticks coming in the next day or so. Hopefully that will get me going.
