Hi, I recently bought Parallels Desktop 11 for $79.99. I installed it and made an account, but the only virtual machines available are Chrome OS, Android, Ubuntu, etc. No Windows. I used the trial version about a month ago and it worked fine. How can I use Windows like I did then?

Windows does not come with Parallels Desktop. It should be purchased separately.
The type of installation image suitable for installing in Parallels Desktop is either DVD or .ISO image.
