How do I stop the macOS Dock and Menu Bar from appearing when in full screen mode?

Hi, so I have a Windows VM but whenever my mouse is at the very bottom or the very top of the screen and I click, it opens the macOS Dock or the Menu Bar respectively. I've done some searching but no "solution" did exactly what I wanted it to: absolutely no macOS interruption at all. Any solution I tried was already enabled for me so ı couldn't change them. So is there a way to COMPLETELY disable the Dock and Menu Bar when in full screen or do I have to live like this for the rest of eternity?
