How do I toggle full screen view?

I must be quite stupid or something but previous to upgrading to 3186, I could just ctrl /alt to toggle full screen view of Windows XP. Now that function has disappeared or does not work anymore. Been looking at the forum and people don't seem to have the same problem. Am I missing some widely known fact or am I just dim.

The other thing that bothers me is on the Parallel Desktop, Windows XP is spelt "WIDOWS XP". Hope it is not just me that is seeing it.
 
I've been pressing the icon for full screen, and Ctrl-Enter to toggle back to window.

Perhaps you misspelled the title of the session?
 
The icons are greyed out except for satrt and stop. I think I'll download the upgrade again and reinstall. The download might have been interuppted at one point and corrupted the file.
 
Same problem

I just installed Parallels and now I'm stuck in full-screen mode RIGHT NOW! ctrl-enter does nothing for me... HELP!
 
Try reinstalling Parallel Tools.

In Windows mode, go into Control Panels-Add or Remove Programs-Slect Parallel Tools & click remove.

On the Parallel Desktop, go to VM-Install Parallel Tools.
