How to access virtual machine from another computer

Hi,

I have a PC which hosts a virtual machine with Windows Server 2008. The PC has a public IP and I need to route some calls to the virtual machine's services, for instance port 80.

I assume it's a pretty simple operation but I couldn't find anything anywhere :-S
