How to avoid OS X resizing while rebooting my XP VM

Hi,

Every time I need to rebboot my XP VM, my OS X screen is resized when the XP boot screen is shown.

At the end of hte processe, OS X goes back to the original resolution, but all open window sizes and positions are messed up.

Is there a way to avoid this?
