How to control Hot Key Prefs on Desktop version

I am running Parallels on my Macbook Pro. When I am in Excel on the PC side, I have a problem that ALT-ENTER in Excel is used for formatting text in a cell but it also switches viewing mode in Parallels.

Is there any way to change the Hot Key Prefs? I went to Parallels Drop Down and to Prefs and saw nothing.

Note: I'm not a techie

It's in there, keep looking.
Do this: Select Parallels Desktop from your menu bar -> Preferences
Select the Keyboard tab. It should be the second one down (if my memory serves me right). That's where you change the key commands anyway.
 
I found this but when i made the change it prompted me to re-install parallel tools which i said no to. it seems to be working fine, with the change in the keyboard commands in place
