How to convert a parallels 3 vm back to 2.2 ?

Hi,

Is it possible to convert a vm used with parallels 3.0 on my mac to 2.2 to be able to use it on a PC? If so how?

If i simply start the VM in 2.2, the software tells me that the disk image isn't in a supported format.
