How to create VM Copy for Windows on Mac

Hey,

My IT manager asked if I could send a copy of my VM (Running Windows XP on Parallels/Mac) so he could troubleshoot any problems in the future.

How do I create a VM Copy of my Windows XP to put on a DVD? Does this use violate any licenses anywhere?
