How to delete the previous parallels (3.0.5626) & windows files

I have just upgraded to Parallels ver 4 but now i need to delete all of the files from my previous parallels (3.0.5626) as well as the windows vista i used to have in it.

Can anyone help me on where i can find all of these files so i can delete them smoothly and increase my hard disk capacity?
