How to disable Mac launcher in order to use device in hosting WinXP?

I'd like to use 4G USB modem in Parallels hosting OS WinXP. But it is not possible, because there is also Mac launcher with Mac version of the modem's application in the modem's USB. It is not possible to delete it or move it away from the USB. And to reserve USB in the Parallels VM maschine set up is not sufficient. Please is there any way how to proceed?

The only solution i can see is to open Parallels Desktop preferences --> USB and assign your USB modem to always connect to your Virtual Machine
