How to fix Cloudflare Warp DNS

I installed Cloudflare DNS in my Windows 11 Pro VM on my late 2014 MacOS M1 Macbook Pro. I'm giving techlockdown.com a try, and a big part of that is using Cloud Flare's Zero Trust (warp?) feature and content policy. I've got it running on everything else on my network ok.

I'm just not sure how to fix DNS routing in Parallels. I tried switching to bridged mode over wifi, and it works horribly. I learned what the network conditioner was and left it off. Do I need to set up some port forwarding rules in Parallels, on my computer or on my router or something?
