You need an OS/2 install CD or iso. I will use an iso.

    Preparation:
    1. Mount the installation CD in Finder.
    2. Navigate to /DISKIMGS/OS2/35/
    3. Copy these files to (for example) ~/Documents/OS2; DISK0.DSK, DISK1_CD.DSK, and DISK2.DSK.
Change their filename extension from .DSK to .dmg.
Double click the .dmg file to mount the disk. If it mounts okay, eject it, then change its extension from .dmg to .fdd.

    1. Create new VM.
    2. Click Locate manually.
    3. Continue without source.
    4. Choose OS Other > OS/2 Warp 4
    5. Click Customise settings
    6. Under hardware
Boot order; put floppy at the top and make sure it's checked.
Floppy Disk; Change Source to Choose Image File and select DISK0.fdd
CD DVD; Change Source to Choose Image File and select /Applications/Parallels Desktop.app/Contents/Resources/Tools/prl-tools-other.iso
    7. Start the VM. The IBM logo should show.
    8. Mount floppies DISK1_CD.fdd and DISK2.fdd when prompted.
NOTE: Sometimes the VM freezes here. Just stop the VM, mount DISK0.fdd and start VM if that happens.
    9. When prompted, mount the OS/2 install CD or iso.
    10. Press enter and choose easy installation.
    11. When done, mount DISK0.fdd and press enter to reboot VM.
    12. Insert floppies DISK1_CD.fdd and DISK2.fdd when prompted.
    13. Since CD or iso is already mounted, it should run some system checks and install the installer. Disconnect the floppy and press enter.
    14. System Config should boot. Click next -> next -> ok -> next -> ok -> next -> install
    15. VM will reboot twice, and then boot into OS/2 Warp 4!

If anyone can get Sound and Network to work, please tell me how!
