I'm currently running Office 2007 on Windows XP through Parallels. I'm using Outlook to access Exchange at my office and I want my reminders from my calendar to pop up when I'm viewing Mac OS X windows. Currently, I only see the reminder window when I view a Windows app running in Parallels. Is there a setting which will allow me to have this reminder pop to the front of any window I'm viewing (OS X or Windows)?
