How to get rid of Parallel Tools popup?

I'm running Windows XP on Mac OS X Lion. I've upgraded Parallels and everytime I reboot get this popup in Windows:

Parallels Tools Installatio nAgent
There was a problem updating Parallels Tools
Please restart Windows and try again.

I always have to end task on PTIAgent.exe. Any one know how to make this go away?
