How to hide App Icons, if the users have no access-rights for the application?

Hi, it is possible to hide Icons from Apps, for users who don't have the right to use them?

Or do i have to create for every combination of applications, a seperated desktop theme?

I have same situation. We are using other RDS solution and this is basic features to give access to published icon, but so far I haven't this option. Is this limitation of the this product?
