how to import VM from Parallels 10 Intel Mac to Parallels 17 M1 Mac

Hello Everyone,
I have WIndows 10, WIndows 7 Windows 2016 Server vms made from Parallels 10 from an Intel Mac, is there any instructions how to import them in Parallels 17 on a M1 Mac.
I used Time machine to backup and restore my Intel Mac to my M1 Mac and upgraded my Parallels 10 to 17 and start up the VM I get the message incompatible with this Mac.
Any help is appericated.
 
Unfortunately Intel VM's are not compatible with M1 Macs due to processor architecture differences. Windows 11 works as it is compatible with the ARM architecture and also contains an emulation layer to run most standard Intel applications
