How to prevent parallels from going into coherence on start

I hate coherence mode... not that it is not usefull, but it's so damn slow (macbook c2d).
But i really like Full screen on my secondairy display :)

But for one of another unknown reason, parallels software always starts-up in coherence mode.

How to prevent this, and how can i set Full screen on secondairy display as standard?

Thanx a lot, saves me 3 minutes every day!

When you start parallels, click "options", then "booting"

There you will see Startup Mode : choose the one you want

Found it... Under Configurations -> Options -> booting indeed. Very hidden :P:P

But mmm... it doesn't say Fullscreen on secondairy display as an option...
