to the VM (4.0) running Windows XP. To save disk space I would like to remove this disk completely. So I have removed all data, removed the disk from the VM configuration and compressed. Result: disk2 is no longer visible in the VM, but whatsize tells me that disk2.hdd is still using 18.6 GB disk space on my mac volume.
