Hello, I signed in (just as a test) on the Parallels Access iOS app. I received the confirmation email and confirmed access to my account from that device. I now want to remove/deauthorize that device. How can I do this? If I go to "My Account" --> "My Profile" --> "Account Security", I can see all my "Recently Used Devices", but there is no option to deauthorize any of the devices.
Hi @Partha Rajendra , please try to use a different browser. In recently used device you can select the device and deauthorize the device.
Hello, I do not see an option for this. I can click all of the 'Recently Used Devices' for more information under the Account Security page, but there is no button to deauthorize. I tried in both Safari and Chrome, and for 'Browser compatibility check' it says 'Stand-by.' Does that mean there is a browser problem? Is there a missing button?
