How to remove the ICONs of Parallels Toolbox in Launchpad

How to remove the ICONs of Parallels Toolbox, there are too much ICONs in my launchpad.

Hey please try this workaround: moved all un-installers to a new folder and moved out of the Application folder to a other place where they don't showup anymore in Launchpad.
