How to restore snapshots with time mashine?

Hi,
I had installed parallels and created also a snapshot after every application was installed.

Unfortunately (probably as a consequence of a crash of parallels), the XP system was "refreshed", all applications + data gone.

I had a time mashine backup on a regular basis, but I could not find the "snapshots". Where can I restore them using Time Mashine?
